Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. To begin a return, contact us at [email protected]. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting approval will not be accepted. If you have any questions about returns, you can reach us anytime at [email protected].

Damages and issues Please check your order as soon as it arrives and get in touch with us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can look into the issue and put things right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized orders, and personal care products (such as beauty items). We’re also unable to accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges The quickest way to get the item you actually want is to return the one you have, and once that return is approved, place a new order separately for the replacement.

Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
